Why the switch to a website?
As we continue to grow and provide expanded decor offerings, it was the next logical step for a seamless transaction process - no more back and forth in DMs! Customers also have more payment options through the website, including Apple Pay, credit card, and payment plans.
I shopped with you on Instagram; Will I still be able to make purchases through the app?
No. All purchases will now be made directly through the website. Items will still be marketed on Instagram/social feeds but all purchasing and shipping information will be submitted through the website.
How does shipping work?
Shipping costs are now a flat rate that is based on the total weight of the item(s) and its/their final packaging. These costs will be included in the final total of your purchase when you check out. We currently only offer US shipping. Hoping we can add more countries soon! For more information, see Shipping & Returns.
Do you allow returns of vintage items or home decor?
At this time, all sales are final. That may shift in the future as we have the capacity to handle returns and refunds. All item conditions and measurements are provided in their descriptions. Vintage items are unique to the shop and may have signs of wear. Please make sure to measure before purchasing. If there is a question on an item, please reach out to us via our Get in Touch page.
