General Shipping Information:
Fulfillment time is 1-3 days unless a shop vacation is noted on the home page banner. You will receive an email with tracking information when your item is shipped. All items are insured and this is included in your shipping costs. At this time, we only ship to the United States and all sales are final. Please be sure to read item descriptions and measurements before purchasing.
How does shipping work through the website?
Shipping is now a flat rate based on the size of the item, its estimated weight, and the size of the box it will require. Package sizes vary from small to large, and then shift to custom sizes for oversized items like framed artwork or large decor pieces.
What shipping services do you use? Do you ship globally?
Shipping is primarily done through UPS and occasionally USPS. We currently only ship to locations in the United States. That may change in the future as we continue to grow. Please reach out through our Get in Touch page if you have a question about global shipping.
What if my item breaks? Are items insured?
Yes - this is included in the cost of shipping your item(s). All items are insured through Shippo for their value in case of damage during shipping. If your item breaks, we can file a claim through Shippo/Insurance Provider. Be sure to take photographs of the broken item, the condition of the box, and keep all shipping materials until your claim is resolved. What is your return or exchange policy?
At this time, we do not allow any returns or exchanges and all sales are final. That may change in the future as we continue to grow and have the capacity to coordinate returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your item, please reach out through our Get in Touch page.
